The downtown studio was born from the collaborative vision of Ashleigh Amoroso, a commercial photographer, and Aileen Fitz, a painter. They envisioned a studio designed for visionaries, makers, and storytellers - where energy flowed freely, leaving room for kismet connection in work and relationships. Built in 1870, 111 West 8th is a premier creative rental space for productions, workshops, and experiences. It houses two unique studios - Aileen Fitz Studio, located downstairs, and Ashleigh Amoroso Studio, located upstairs.
